Shipping

Order of Glucose RapidSpray™ will be processed during the weekdays (Monday – Friday) by 3PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped the following business day.

Return Policy

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please call 1-800-391-6755 for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product.

Please note we cannot handle store-purchased product.

The customer service representatives will need your order number, so have it ready when you call. Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.

Call 1-800-391-6755 and our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Refunds may take 4 weeks to process.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before 3 pm EST the same day the order was placed. Call 1-800-391-6755 for assistance.
